Ymere is voornemens uw woning in de aankomende jaren te renoveren en dwingt ons als bewoners van aardgas over te gaan op Stadswarmte van Vattenfall. Als huurder wordt u verplicht zogenaamde vastrechtskosten aan Vattenfall te betalen. Op dit moment bedragen die € 795,- per jaar en in hoeverre en voor hoe lang Ymere ons tegemoet komt is onduidelijk.

Vattenfall is een commercieel bedrijf wat geen inzicht hoeft te geven in de kosten die zij aan ons gebruikers doorrekenen. In vergaderingen met bewoners van het eerste cluster woningen die nu worden gerenoveerd heeft Vattenfall al aangegeven dat de kosten nog veel meer gaan stijgen en dat wij betalen voor de aanleg van hun warmtenet, en dat zij straks de winst daarvan nemen.

Bovendien ligt de uitstoot van de AEB centrale waar de warmte wordt opgewekt 2 keer zo hoog als een kolencentrale (CO2) en uitstoot van andere fijnstoffen zelfs vele malen hoger. Het is dus niet milieuvriendelijk.

De enige manier om onze overstap op Stadswarmte tegen te houden is om voor renovatie te stemmen maar tegen stadswarmte.

Ons doel is om samen door de hele wijk deze poster op te hangen zodat we Ymere kunnen vertellen wat we van hun plannen vinden. Hang graag de poster voor je raam of deur! Ook als de renovatie van je woning nog jaren op zich laat wachten is het erg belangrijk onze mening te laten zien.

Dear Van der Pekker,

Ymere is planning to renovate your home in the coming years and is forcing us as renters to change a heating system based on natural gas to Stadswarmte from Vattenfall. As a renter you will be obliged to pay so called “vastrechtskosten” to Vattenfall. Currently these are € 795,- per year, and how and for how long Ymere is going to compensate a part of this bill and to whom is unknown.

Vattenfall is a commercial company that is not obliged to give insight into the costs that they make as a company. Yet, we need to pay these costs collectively. In meetings with residents committees of the Van der Pekbuurt they have already told us the costs are going to rise and that we pay for the creation of their distribution network, of which they will reap the profits in the future.

The emissions of the AEB station in which Stadswarmte is generated are twice as high as from a Coal Power Plant (CO2) and the emissions of other types of pollution are even many times higher. It is not environmentally friendly at all.

The only way to try and stop our transition to Stadswarmte is to vote for renovation but against Stadswarmte.

Our aim is to spread this poster throughout the neighborhood so we can give a signal to Ymere of our opinion about their plans. You can put up this poster against the window or your door. Even if the renovation of your home might still take a couple of years it is important to let Ymere know how we feel about it.

Ymere önümüzdeki yıllarda evinizi yenilemeyi planlıyor ve sakinler olarak bizi doğal gazdan Vattenfall’ın bölgesel ısıtma sistemine geçmeye zorluyor. Bir kiracı olarak Vattenfall’a sabit yasal masraflar olarak adlandırılan masrafları ödemekle yükümlüsünüz.
